This Xhosa hip-hop banger is not to be missed, with its catchy horn refrain and Laliboi's distinct harmonies and tongue twister rapping style. Laliboi and Spoek Mathambo's collaboration is a blend of bouncy Hip-Hop flavours, with a distinctly South African touch, with the pair splitting vocal and production duties. The B-Side is an illbient junglist remix from Spoek Mathambo with skanking DnB rhythms. "Buya Embo" is the first track leading up to their sophomore album, "Siyalapha", following 2019's acclaimed debut "Siyangaphi". The album is a riotous celebration of African culture, paying tribute to the traditional sounds of South Africa fused with elements of modern folk, electronica, jazz and Hip-Hop.
